For my graduation from high school in 1973, my parents bought me a 35 mm camera. While my family has tolerated me taking photos of them, they have enjoyed the results. From my first visit to Gettysburg in 1986, I've taken photographs of several Civil War Battlefields. While Gettysburg is my favorite, I do enjoy photographing all the Civil War Battlefields. From Vicksburg to Antietam, I have found the battlefields an interesting mix of landscape to monuments to gravestones. No matter how many times I go back to any of the Civil Battlefields, I find something new to photograph.
I have now moved out to digital photography making it much easier to prepare my photographs for viewing on the Internet. For reasonable compensation, high resolution images are available for publication or framing.
